This and That - October 15 - 21

Here I am again :) Under that cut more about my fanish life during the last week.



TV series
- Spooks (MI_5), season 3
Spooks is a British television drama series. It follows the work of a group of MI5 officers.

Sadly during this season, three main characters will leave the series. But I will admit that Adam Carter (Rupert Penry-Jones) is a very intriguing character. Maybe interesting enough for some (more) Spooks fanfiction ;)

Movie
- Sleepless (2017)
A cop with a connection to the criminal underworld scours a nightclub in search of his kidnapped son.

I will admit, sometimes I need movies like that, but this one was disappointing, despite Jamie Foxx, who was in the leading role. Boring action movie, much too violent and almost without any story. Wasted time :(


Audio books
I've started to listen to:

- The strain (part two = The Fall)
The Strain is a vampire horror novel by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan. It's the second part of The Strain (part one) Trilogy and is followed by The Night Eternal.

I did watch some trailer to the series, too, and I've decided to give it a try sometime soon. Looks interesting, though sometimes a bit 'yuck' ;)

Still fighting the cold, but I will go back to work on Monday. Too boring to stay at home all day long.
